Payments :In order to purchase tour packages or our related services through our website, we collect some advance payment as to hold booking on provisional confirmation basis and rest of package cost can be paid upon arrival to destination but before commencement of services. We hold sole right to decide upon mode of payment and amount to be paid in advance. It varies according to nature of services you asked and vendor and business owner from services are purchased.
Full payment is required to be sent in advance towards confirmed booking and during peak season of Corbett Tourism (X-mas, New Year, Festival Time, Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) & on extended long weekends) to hold night stay booking for hotels and resorts in Jim Corbett National Park. The operators, owners & business associates of wwwdotjimcorbettnationalparkdotcom website reserves right to change/modify or terminate offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels , product or services alternate accommodation/ options will be arranged in similar category hotel or best available at that time and price. Please get all your querries/ doubts clear before making payments towards your tour (in writing from person communicating), else it will be deemed that communication, package inclusions and costs are accepted by you, if you don’t inform us and get it corrected for any discrepancy before making payments or sending consent for bookings for bookings.
Mode of Payment: Our user friendly website provides option for overseas advance payment through online transfer to bank through net banking, Master/Visa debit or credit card. Foreign nationals can make payment through currency notes (INR) / traveler cheque or through master/visa American Express Credit Card. Please note that in case of payment made through credit card, bank charges as applicable would be added to total amount and will be paid at the same.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure/ Late Arrival:
In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Please make it sure that cancellation charges would be effective for hotel and resort booking from date we receive your mail in writing. Following cancellation policy would be applicable:
- 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost.
- 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
- 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
- 03 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
- Less than 72 hours or NO SHOW - NO REFUND.
- Jeep Safari & Canter Safari are non refundable/ Non amendable and Transferable once booked.
- FRH & Government Services C&R Policy as Govt Rules.(payment be refunded after deducting B∓C fee)
- Hotel/Resort C&R Policy may differ for particular Hotel/Resort- Please also check at time of booking.
C&R Policy may differ for peak season, extended weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year). Zero C&R Policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required and asked by Guest/ Visitor at time of making payments/ Booking, normally NO refund against Cancellation or NO show- once booked).
Our Liabilities and Limitations towards payments: Please note that after you finalize tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by Govt of India/ Jim Corbett Authorities/ hotels or Vendor-service provider, difference would be charged as extra. However we try our best to reserve wildlife safari and/or other services as asked by visitor, but if it is not booked, refund amount will be equal to amount charged for services and not delivered only.
Government of India and park authorities reserve right to booking ( we cannot influence park bookings) and admission inside park (even if with confirmed booking), opening & closure of park gates, as and when they feel visitor's entering to park may be dangerous to your life viz in case of fire in forests, flood, rain forecast and some other reasons ( unspecified). Any legal complaints and court hearing, subject to Ramnagar jurisdiction only.
